We are very pleased to announce further information on our Palmetto Pointe project. Palmetto Pointe is the southern most project being developed by us here at LaCour and Company. The project is located on Clyde Morris Boulevard, in the City of Port Orange's "New Commercial Node". The total size of the project is 52.7 acres. It boasts 3000 ft frontage on Clyde Morris Boulevard, which is a major north/south thoroughfare, and 1200 ft frontage on Madeline Avenue, a major east/west thoroughfare. The project will be complete with master planned entranceways, access streets, stormwater sytems, and utilities. The Palmetto Pointe location has an excellent traffic count. The average family income in the area is $54,000 plus. The developer will consider and encourages joint ventures with strong operators for, multi-family, medical, ACLF, and 55 + rental etc.
